The 125 jzioquitarrak will carry out the expedition along with a team of 30 people who conform the blue family (wearing a blue t-shirt): instructors (‘sherpas’), doctors, nurses, drivers, logistics, cameras and journalists, as well as members of the association.
Although they already have professional experience in the sector, all team members will receive a specific three-day training. The objective of this training will be the preparation of the expedition and the establishment of protocols and criteria of action, with particular attention to the linguistic aspect.
